I’m a seasoned policy expert, with experience helping to craft federal, state, and local policy solutions that put community at the center. I’m currently a Senior Fellow at the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis. My areas of policy expertise include social and economic mobility, two-generation approaches, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), workforce development, postsecondary education, and early childhood education.
